Responsibilities

・Plan,implement and lead projects and quality management.
・Define task and required resources.
・Project planning, reporting, problem solving and communication skill.
・Monitor and report on project progress.
・Evaluate and assess result of projects.
・Lead the team technically.

Requirements

・At least 5 years project development experience with any programming language.
・At least 10 years experience in IT field.
・Strong understanding and development experience with MVC framework.
・Extensive knowledge of HTML, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, JSON, AJAX, Responsive.
・Good understanding in software development cycle.
・Good communication and interpersonal skills.
・Japanese or English skill will be preferred.
