* Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, conducting initial screenings, and scheduling interviews.
* HR Orientation that introduces new employees to the organization, its culture, policies, procedures, and expectations.
* Manage complex employee relations issues, including investigations, conflict resolution, and ensuring fair treatment and coaching.
* Assist with the administration of employee benefits programs including health insurance, retirement plans, and other benefits.
* Carrying out the necessary tasks to gather the data required for payroll calculation.
* Prepare SSB Calculation, Payment process & SSB Claim process.
* Maintain accurate employee records and assist with preparation of reports as needed.
* Organize Yearly Company Trips, Events and Support Accommodation Requirements for Staffs as needed.
* Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
* 2 years of experience in related fields.
* Knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and employee relations
* Must be proficient in Microsoft Office & Email (Especially Excel & Power Point)
* Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
* Adaptability and willingness to learn
* Able to do under pressure and deadline
* Japanese(JLPT-N3) or English skill will be preferred.
